I'm Jonathan Headings and have lived off and on in the valley of the sun since 1994 and have put down permanent roots since 2009.  I've lived in downtown Phoenix for the last 13 years and have first hand watched it grow into an incredible urban oasis.  From amazing boutique restaurants, night-life, sporting events and concerts, museums, and of course stunning historic homes, mid and high rise condos, row houses/town homes, and even New York City style brownstones, whatever your fancy is, downtown Phoenix and the greater surrounding areas have something to offer you!

I'm a proud graduate of ASU from the Barrett Honors College with a degree in Marketing and Spanish.  Forks up, go Devils!!! I also went back to school in my late 20s and received my MBA, but I always knew something was missing out there in the corporate world.  Since I was a child, real estate has always fascinated me, from the beautiful architecture, interior design, to then watching the pros master the art of negotiation and closing the sale.  I knew that was the road meant for me; real estate always has and always will be a passion of mine.
